Nicole Cannizzaro (Democratic Party) is a member of the Nevada State Senate, representing District 6. She assumed office on November 9, 2016. Her current term ends on November 6, 2024.

Cannizzaro (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Nevada State Senate to represent District 6. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024. The Democratic primary for this office on June 11, 2024, was canceled.

Cannizzaro became state Senate majority leader in March 2019 after the resignation of Kelvin Atkinson.[1]
