Justice Horn is running to deliver bold, progressive policy to Jackson County. His platform includes building a countywide public transit system, launching a guaranteed jobs program, and developing transit corridors that spur affordable housing to combat the housing crisis. If elected, Justice would be the first Gen Z resident ever elected to Jackson County Government, and the first and only openly LGBTQIA+ county elected official in the entire state of Missouri.
