Katrina will face no challengers in the Democratic primary on August 9th, but will face a Republican challenger in the General Election on November 8th. With recent redistricting, District 71 has changed and it is unknown what impact this will have on the election. The District before redistricting leaned Democratic in past elections. Progressives should be supporting Katrina in order that she can build her base going into the General Election on November 8th. Progressives in her Stevens Point based District should plan to vote for her on November 8th.
Jodi Emerson

Emerson (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Wisconsin State Assembly to represent District 91. She is on the ballot in the Democratic primary on August 9, 2022."
Jodi will face no Democratic challenger in the primary on August 9th, but will face a Republican challengers in the General Election on November 8th. With recent redistricting, the borders of District 91 have changed, but the area is basically the same, and has voted heavily Democratic in the past. Progressives should plan to support her and if in her Eau Claire District vote for her in the General Election on November 8th.
Jonathan Brostoff
Common Council District 3, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Jonathan is leaving the WI State Assembly and running for the District 3 vacant seat on the Milwaukee City Council. He is the only candidate running for this office, and will not be on the August 9th primary ballot. Progressives should plan to vote for him in the November 8th General Election.
Douglas La Follette

Follette (Democratic Party) is running for re-election for Wisconsin Secretary of State. He declared candidacy for the Democratic primary scheduled on August 9, 2022."
Douglas will face one challenger in the Democratic primary on August 9th. If he wins the primary, he will face a Republican, a Green Party, and a Libertarian challenger. Wisconsin which has been targeted by MAGA Republicans contesting the 2020 election needs a strong Progressive to protect the state elections. Progressives should be supporting Douglas NOW and if in the state of WI, planning to get out the vote and vote for him in the primary and in the General Election on November 8th.
