Antonio is running against an incumbent, but he is the only challenger on the ballot against the incumbent. He could definitely win this seat if enough Progressives get out and vote for him.

Hugo goes against a long time incumbent and multiple candidates vying for the District 13 office in the City Council. It looks like Progressive support will definitely be needed here. UPDATE: Hugo won a spot in the Democratic primary. Progressives should be planning to get out the vote and to vote for him in the General Election on November 8th.
