District 40 has been changed with redistricting, and Amy will compete against an incumbent republican who won against her in a previous election. It is possible that this could be a pick up in the Democrat’s column if Amy can pick up the support she will need to overcome the 5000 votes she lost by in 2020. Amy is the only candidate in the Democratic Primary, so she has time to pick up support before the General Election.
