Aisha will compete against a Democratic challenger in the August 9th primary, but will face no other competition going into the General Election on November 8th. Progressives should be supporting Aisha NOW so that she can win the primary. With a primary win, she will effectively win her election.

This election cycle, Ryan has chosen to leave his position as Majority Leader in the MN House and instead run for Hennepin County Attorney. The incumbent attorney is stepping down, and seven candidates are running for this position. Ryan faces an uphill challenge. Progressives should be supporting Ryan NOW so that he can come in in the top two candidates who will then run for election in the General Election on November 8th. Progressives should continue to support Ryan through the General Election so that a Progressive can move into this key Executive position in the Hennepin County government.
