The Republican incumbent has vacated this seat. Josh is running unopposed in the Democratic Primary, but will face a Republican candidate in the General Election in November 2022. This is a heavily Republican District, and it is not known whether this Progressive candidate can pull off a win in the General Election. Progressives in the District might want to work on this campaign since GA progressives are few and far between.

Park has one primary challenger in the Democratic Primary on May 24th. She won the primary, and she will win the election because she has no Republican or other party challenger in the General Election on November 8th. Progressives in her District should plan to vote for her.

Ben is the incumbent candidate running for District 2 County Commissioner in Gwinnett County, GA. He had one challenger in the Democratic Primary on May 24th. He won the primary, and will now face Republican Challenger in the General Election in November 2020. Progressives should be supporting Ben as he heads into the General Election, and if in his County District, should plan to get out the vote and vote for him in the November 8th election.

Here is an election for Progressives in Hawaii to get out the vote for. Progressives should plan to support Kai NOW. He competes in the Democratic primary on August 9th with six other Democrats. The primary is the election for Kai to win since Hawaii is a Blue state. Hawaiians are well aware that not all Democrats are Progressives, and frustration with mainstream Dems may be what will put Kai over the top in the primary. If Kai wins the primary, he will be elected in the General Election on November 8th.
