Branden Fletcher-Dominguez won the September 15, 2026 Democratic primary for Delaware State House District 3 with 875 votes (43.2%) in a four-way field, ahead of Yolanda M. McCoy (33.0%), incumbent Josue O. Ortega (16.3%), and LaDonna Graham (7.5%). A Working Families Party–endorsed organizer and housing advocate, he campaigns for justice, rent stabilization, and environmental protection on Wilmington’s Westside. In the November 3 general he faces Republican Shawn Dottery. Political Revolution endorses Fletcher-Dominguez to flip HD-3 for working families.
