2024 race briefing
Sara Innamorato is Allegheny County Executive, sworn in January 2, 2024 after winning the November 2023 general election. She previously represented Pennsylvania House District 21 and works in the democratic socialist and Our Revolution progressive lanes. Her county term runs into early 2028, with reelection expected in 2027. Progressives should support her Allegheny County leadership on housing, economic development, and working-family priorities.
