About this event
CT 50501 will be joining with We Are Women Rising in their For The People March!
On this International Women’s Day, we invite you to participate in a community event designed to lift our spirits, give us hope, and restore our trust in a government that works For The People. We begin with a march down Main Street and end with a rally at CityCenter Green. For The People is an opportunity to come together and hear elected officials and community leaders speak up for our rights, and meet with organizations working for our communities. Let our voices be heard. We believe in a government For The People.
For The People is a nonpartisan event. We are all in this together. ✊🇺🇸
CT50501 will meet in the Danbury Public Library parking lot so that we can all march together behind our banner. We will also have an information booth set up at the rally after the march!
