About this event
On Saturday, April 5, 2025, Port Orange Democratic Club joins the Hands Off! National Day of Action, 50501, Women's March, Voices of Florida and Indivisible to stand up against those who believe they can take whatever they want—our democracy, our future, our rights.
Meet at the corner of Dunlawton Ave. and Clyde Morris Blvd. Do NOT park in the Walgreens parking lot. Park at Walmart and go up on the sidewalk at the corner.
Donald Trump and Elon Musk think this country belongs to them. They’re grabbing everything they can and it’s up to us to push back.
Bring your homemade signs such as - I ♥️ Social Security, Hands OFF my Social Security!, Hands OFF Medicaide & Medicare!, Reclaim our Democracy!, Save USAID (or any other federal organization you wish), I Love Federal Workers, We have NO KING!
Bring water, hats and sunscreen! It's going to be hot! Flags and noisemakers are welcome.
See you there!
