The incumbent Democrat in District 67 is not running in that district, and Cody is unopposed in the primary. His challenge will be in winning the November election against the Republican who is running against him. Note: Cody is also running for WV Democratic Party positions in an attempt to revitalize the party in his state. Progressive support for the Dem party positions he is running for and for the District 6 election will be necessary to win.
