Be Someone and Fight for Democracy

Join the 50501 Houston Coalition as we rally under the motto "Be Someone" to defend democracy against what we call the Trump administration's hostile takeover. This grassroots movement is part of a nationwide effort to mobilize 12.5 million people—3.5% of the U.S. population—a critical threshold for nonviolent action to effect meaningful change.

The 50501 Movement is decentralized yet unified, standing against actions it deems anti-democratic and illegal. The Houston protest will feature open participation, allowing anyone to speak and share their perspective, embodying the movement's commitment to inclusivity and grassroots organizing.
