Howard has one challenger in the Democratic primary on June 14th. In addition, he will face a Republican challenger in the General Election on November 8th. There have been some definite changes to his District with recent redistricting. Progressives should get out to help Howard now so that he wins the Primary, and then subsequently, to insure he can win in the General Election.
Cecelia Gonzalez
State House, Nevada State House District 16

González (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Nevada State Assembly to represent District 16. She is on the ballot in the Democratic primary on June 14, 2022."
Cecelia will face one challenger in the Democratic Primary on June 14th. If she is successful in the Primary, she will face a Republican challenger in the General Election November 8th. Her District is changed with redistricting and it is uncertain what impact this will have going into the upcoming elections. Hopefully, she will be able to build her base of support so that we will continue to see this Progressive candidate in the Nevada State Assembly in future years.
Venicia Considine

Venicia will not be on the June Primary ballot since she faces no Democratic challengers for her seat. She will face a Republican challenger in the November 8th General Election. Progressives in her District should work to insure she wins in the General Election in November.
Sarah Peters
State House, Nevada State House District 24

Sarah facee one challenger in the Democratic Primary. She won the Primary, and now she will face a Republican challenger in the General Election November 8th. If Progressives want to keep an Environmental Engineer who understands the Climate Crisis, Sarah is their candidate. It is hoped that Progressives in her District will insure that she wins both her Primary election on June 14th and in the General Election.

Lesley had one Democratic challenger in the primary on June 14th. Progressives should plan to support her NOW and vote for her in the primary and again in the General Election on November 8th. Lesley won the primary, and will now face a Republican challenger in the General Election Her district has changed with recent redistricting and it is uncertain what impact this will have on her electability. Her District has leaned slightly Democratic in recent past elections.
Natha Anderson

Natha's name will not be on the Primary ballot, but she will face Republican and Libertarian challengers in the General Election on November 8th. Her District has been somewhat consolidated with recent redistricting but in the past leaned Democratic. Progressives in her District will want to support her and vote for her in the General Election.
Shea Backus
State House, Nevada State House District 37

Shea is the sole Democrat running for this District and will not be on the Primary ballot in June. She will be on the General Election ballot with Libertarian and Republican challengers also vying for the seat. Shea held this seat from 2018 to 2020, and is running again to win it back. The incumbent is running for another office in Nevada, and Shea has a good chance to get it back if she can build her base and get the vote out in the General Election on November 8th.
Nadia Wood
Justice of the Peace, Las Vegas, Nevada
Nadia Wood is running for the Justice of the Peace Department 16 seat in Las Vegas. It appears that this is a new Department since there is no Department 16 currently listed at the website for the Las Vegas Justice Court. There are three other challengers for this seat, so it is important that Progressives plan to vote for Nadia in the June 14th Primary. If she comes in in the top two after the Primary, she will be on the ballot in the November 8th General Election. Progressives are again encouraged to get out and support Nadia's bid for this new office.
Rebecca Saxe
Justice of the Peace, Las Vegas, Nevada
Rebecca is running for the Department 13 Justice of the Peace for the Las Vegas Court. She will not be on the Primary ballot because she is the only challenger to the current incumbent who is running for re-election. Rebecca will need Progressive support to overcome the incumbent's advantage and to win in the November 8th General Election.
Max Berkley
Justice of the Peace, Las Vegas, Nevada
Max is running for Justice of the Peace Las Vegas Township Department 7. It appears that the incumbent is not running for re-election, and Max will compete with 2 other challengers in the Primary on June 14th. It is important that Progressives support Max in both the Primary, and if he comes in in the top two, in the General Election on November 8th.
