David faces the incumbent Democrat and another candidate in the Democratic Primary on August 23rd. If he wins the primary, he will win the General Election on November 8th because he will be the only candidate on the ballot. If he loses the Democratic primary, he will still have a chance to win the General Election because he is on the ballot as the Working Families Party candidate. Progressives should support David NOW so that he can build his base and win the Democratic primary. If he doesn't win the primary additional support will be required to insure he wins the General Election. Progressives in his District should get out the vote for him and should vote for him in the primary and General Election.

Jabari faces two challengers in the Democratic primary on August 23rd. Progressives should be supporting him NOW so that he can build his base and win the Democratic primary. Should Jabari not win the Democratic primary, he will get a second shot at this seat because he is also running as the Working Family Party candidate. Progressives in his District should be getting out the vote for Jabari and planning to vote for him in both the primary and the General Election on November 8th.
Andrew Gounardes

She will however face a Republican opponent in the General Election on November 8th. Liz usually wins this District handily, but the recent redistricting may have an impact. Progressives should plan to support Liz going into the General Election. Progressives in her District should plan to get out the vote and to vote for her in the primary, but more importantly, in the General Election on November 8th.
