2022 race. This briefing is from the November 8, 2022 election.
Part of what Our Rev refers to as the “CA Squad”, Jennifer is running with two Democrats and one Republican for this Assembly seat and will need Progressive support in the June primary. The District has voted Democratic in the past but redistricting seems to have contracted the District and expanded it west, and it is unknown what impact this will have on election results. Progressives need to get out to support and vote for Jennifer in the primary on June 7th, and if she comes in in the top two, in the General Election on November 8th.
