Jeremy is being challenged by one other candidate in the primary. Unfortunately, it is being reported by Our Tallahassee that state lobbyists are trying to win this seat, are clearly throwing money at the challenger, and “the race continues to outpace others in fundraising”. Jeremy will win his seat in the primary if he gets more than 50% of the vote in the primary. This is an uphill fight for progressives between moneyed interests and progressive ideals. Progressives in the state of FL should be supporting Jeremy NOW so that he can build his base to win the primary. Progressives in his District should be getting out the vote and voting for Jeremy in the General Election on November 8th.
