Reginald Bolding represented District 27 in the Arizona House of Representatives from January 2015 to January 2023. He served as House minority leader starting in 2021, after an earlier stint as minority whip.
In 2022 he gave up his House seat to run for secretary of state. He lost the August 2, 2022 Democratic primary to Adrian Fontes, 47.5% to 52.5%.
