    Candidate briefing

Chris Lee represents District 25 in the Hawaii State Senate. On August 8, 2026, he defeated fellow Democrat Robert (Bobby) Silva in the Democratic primary. No Republican or nonpartisan candidate qualified, so the November 3 general election for the seat was canceled and Lee won re-election outright. He continues to serve in the Hawaii State Senate.
