2022 race briefing
Shahid is one of four challengers who are running in the Primary in Nancy Pelosi’s District. It would be amazing to have a Progressive take Rep Pelosi’s seat, but it might be a bridge too far for a Progressive win in the General Election in November. Progressives can definitely show our strength if Shahid finishes the June Primary in the top 2 candidates. Shahid’s name will then be on the ballot in November. Progressives in the District must get out and vote in the June 7th primary!
