About this event
This is a 50 State National day of protest on April 19th. This day marks 250 years since the first battle of the Revolution, at Lexington and Concord. We protest for our rights, our democracy and our country.
On January 20, 2025 Trump signed and executive order declaring an emergency at the southern border. This gave the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security just 90 days to deliver a joint report on whether he should invoke the Insurrection Act. The Insurrection Act, passed in 1807, gives the president the authority to deploy the U.S. military on U.S. soil.
On April 20, 2025, those 90 days are up, that report will be delivered and Trump will decide whether or not to invoke the Insurrection Act.
If you haven't joined a protest before, this is the moment.
If you've never spoken up politically, this is the time.
If you've never thought it could happen here- it already is.
The goal is to get to 3.5% of the population actively taking part in this Nationwide protest. Talk to your neighbors, make noise, make a sign and join us for this peaceful protest to defend our rights. We hope to see you there.
