We march forth together peacefully yet again to protest dangerous DC policies!

It affects our town and ALL Americans.

Families in our area have lost jobs and services due to the illegal, unconstitutional actions of this administration.

We are growing a coalition of neighbors across the political spectrum. Join us, we're all neighbors!

We'll meet at Centre Congregational Church, 193 Main, Brattleboro, march to the co-op and return to the church: there, locals, service providers and elected officials will speak and highlight the stories of those harmed due to funding freezes and other policies.

We speak to the personal stories of people harmed, not to the easy labels. Tell us of the changes you deal with as a result of the funding freezes. 

Protest the illegal funding freeze which cut jobs, our children's education and child care, food assistance and family meals, disaster relief, fire departments and support for our New Americans, our farmers, our Veterans and our health care while targeting LGBTQIA+ individuals and BIPOC communities--and now the House is aiming at Medicaid and Medicare, as promised. We need to connect and discuss and support each other while we blow off some steam--and brainstorm on further steps.

This is a non-violent, no-aggression event.  If any unpleasantness happens, ignore it and do NOT engage! Calling names and answering taunts or aggression is not the way to win people over.

Bernie, Welch and Balint say we need to get out into the streets and feel connected to others! We're Stronger Together!

Brattleboro Area Action hosts this protest in solidarity with the nationwide protests 2 days later so Vermonters can attend their Town Meetings and/or VOTE!

We'll announce the next planned event for continued support.
