Miguel will be running against 1 other Democrat for this Council member seat which the incumbent has stepped down from. It is important that Progressives support Miguel NOW in order that he can win the primary. If Miguel wins the primary, he will be opposed by a Republican candidate in the General Election on November 8th. Progressives Providence should be getting out the vote for Miguel and, if in his Ward, planning to vote for him on September 13th in the primary election, and on November 8th in the General Election.
