Patrick Roath is a 2026 Democratic candidate for Massachusetts’s 8th Congressional District, challenging incumbent Rep. Stephen Lynch in the September 1 primary. His campaign and WBUR identify him as a Boston lawyer, former chair of Common Cause Massachusetts, and a former aide to Gov. Deval Patrick.
Our Revolution has endorsed him. He has said he is not taking corporate PAC money.
