About this event
Enough is enough!
Trump is out of control with his executive orders. Elon Musk--an unelected billionaire--has unfettered access to all of our sensitive information via his teenage hackers. Civil servants are being fired. Marginalized communities are being adversely affected.
They are burning everything in their path to line their pockets. This is corruption at its finest.
We must defend our democracy. We. The People. NOT the billionaires.
Say NO to oligarchy!
Update: The Legislative Office Building Parking will be closed due to the holiday.
There is limited public parking on the north side of the Capitol building accessed from Trinity St, where it intersects with Elm St. There are commercial lots nearby and metered on-street parking across Capitol Ave. from the Capitol and the Legislative Office Building.
Additional instructions: Line up along Capitol Ave in front of the Capitol without blocking the street or sidewalk. If there are enough people, we can line up all the way from the Legislative Office Building and Capitol to Main St and the Federal Court House. For those who want to find us, we will be on Capitol Ave in front of the Legislative Office Building near the corner with Armory Rd.
