Donald Trump and Elon Musk think this country belongs to them. 

Hyannis, Cape Cod is fighting back! 

We must stop Trump and Musk’s ILLEGAL billionaire power grab. 

They're taking everything they can get their hands on—our health care, our data, our jobs, our services—and daring the world to stop them. This is a crisis, and the time to act is now.

🚨 On Saturday, April 5th, we're taking to the streets to fight back with a clear message: Hands off! 🚨 Corruption destroys, community builds! 

📍 Where: Hyannis Airport Rotary, 499 Barnstable Road, Hyannis, MA. 02601 ( Park at Staples.)  Please plan to CARPOOL. More people are registering every day.

📅 When: April 5, 2025, @ 12:00PM -2:00PM 

Bring: signs, flags, drums (a pan and wooden spoon work too), cowbells, etc. 

Americans are fed up with the Musk-Trump power grab and want an end to the lawless raiding of our government. “Hands off!” is a simple rallying cry against an administration that’s dangerously overreaching and throwing our democracy, our economy, and for many -- our private lives -- into chaos. 

This mass mobilization day is our message to the world that we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of Trump and his billionaire allies. Alongside Americans across the country, we are marching, rallying, and protesting to demand a stop the chaos and build an opposition movement against the looting of our country.

Hands off our Medicaid. Hands off our Social Security. Hands off our public lands. Hands off our jobs. Hands off public education. Hands off veterans’ benefits. Hands off our undocumented neighbors. Hands off our trans siblings. Hands of Ukraine aid. Hands off our diversity programs. Hands off Canada, ffs. Hands off our reproductive rights. Hands off our democracy. Hands off

A core principle behind all Hands Off! events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. 

Please be safe. If anti-protesters come, keep your distance and do NOT engage. Stay in the designated area. We are allowed to be on public/town land. We can walk the easements in front of the stores to reach the locations. The town owns the grassy area between the rotary and Nantucket Sound where we will stand. (If we need to spread out more, the town also owns the property between Wendy's and the rotary and the grassy area between Rt 132 and 28. However, those two locations are a challenge for parking.) Dress comfortably.
