With Redistricting, it is not certain whether the seat will be more difficult to win, but the District in the past seemed evenly split in terms of voter turnout during the General Election. Josh has the Incumbent advantage, and also, the fact that he is a Progressive, should make a difference as long as Progressives in the District get out.
