The incumbent for this congressional seat, Pete DeFazio, has retired. Doyle competes against 7 other candidates in the Democratic Primary on May 17th. NOTE: Another Progressive endorsed candidate is also running in this seat vacated by Pete DeFazio who is retiring. Progressives will have to choose the better candidate in this case. Whoever wins this seat will likely win in the General Election in Nov.
