2022 race. This briefing is from the November 8, 2022 election.
Five challengers are on the Democratic primary ballot on August 2nd. It is important for Progressives to support Erika NOW, since she has to get past the primary on August 2nd, and build her base for the General Election on November 8th. The District she is running in seems substantially changed with recent redistricting, but the new District appears in the Detroit Metro area and this area of the state votes democratic in the General Election.
