Linda Cavazos’ name will be on the Primary Ballot with 6 non-partisan challengers for her seat. She has the advantage of being an incumbent, but it is uncertain if this will help in the current political climate. It is important for Progressives in her District to support Linda in the Primary on June 14th so that either she wins election in the Primay with 50% of the vote or she comes in in the top two in order to be on the General Election Ballot on November 8th.
