Hands Off! March and Rally in Mountain View

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY for all necessary information. Register to stay up to date!

We will march along El Camino, from San Antonio Road, to Grant Road, a distance of 2.7 miles. You can join at ANY point along the way for a shorter march. Many of us will chose to double back and end our march at Gateway Park, but you may join and end at any point!

We will also have a static rally point, at Gateway Park, at the corner of El Camino & Castro (790 El Camino), for those who do not want to march, or want to begin or end their march in one communal location (this is 2.1 miles from the starting point). The rally is 11-1 as well, and the first wave of marchers is expected to arrive there by 1145am.

This is a peaceful demonstration. We will stay completely on the sidewalk, and cross only with lights. You may wish to take public transportation, or coordinate parking at one end, and sharing a ride to the other end. Signs, drums, flags, etc are welcome. Safety wear--high vis vests or bright clothing--is encouraged, too.

Hosted by IdaRose Sylvester, long time activist and founder, Together We Will, long time activist and leader, Sally Lieber, and long time activist, Lenny Siegel, Mountain View Voices for Peace. Peninsula Democratic Coalition and Indivisible PA+ have joined as co-sponsors!
