Troy faces no challenger in the June 14th Primary, although he will face a Republican challenger in the General Election in 2022. Progressives will want so support him in the General Election.
Grayson Lookner
State House, Maine State House District 113

With Redistricting, Grayson is running in a different numbered District than in prior years. He faces no challengers in the Democratic Primary on June 14th, but will face a Republican challenger in the General Election November 8th. The District has leaned blue in the past, but this is not certain with the Redistricting. Progressives will want to help Grayson build his base and get out the vote in the General Election.

Benjamin faces no challengers in the June 14th Primary. He will have a Republican challenger in the General Election November 8th. This District in the past has leaned Republican, and it is uncertain if redistricting has changed this. Progressives will need to help Benjamin build his base and get out the vote, if he hopes to win in the General Election.
Maryland
Donna Edwards
U.S. House, Maryland Congressional District 4

Donna faces eight other Democratic challengers for this currently open congressional seat. She was elected to this seat 2008 to 2016, stepped away for a Senate run, but is back now running again in this District. The District has changed with recent redistricting, but likely will remain Democratic. Progressives should be supporting Donna NOW so that she can win the primary. If Donna wins the primary, Progressives should plan to vote for her in the General Election on November 8th where she will face a Republican candidate.
Jamie Raskin
U.S. House, Maryland Congressional District 8

Jamie will face one challenger in the Democratic primary on July 19th. Progressives should plan to support him now through the General Election. Progressives in his District should plan to vote for him in both the Democratic primary on July 19th and the General Election on November 8th. His District has shrunk with redistricting, and it is uncertain what impact that will have on his election prospects. Jamie won his previous elections by wide margins in the past.
Max Socol
State Senate, Maryland State Senate District 18

Max will have a difficult primary challenge. He is running against a Democratic incumbent who has won by wide margins in the past. The District does not appear changed significantly with recent redistricting. Progressives will want to support Max NOW in order that he can win this primary and build a base going into the General Election on November 8th. Progressives in Max's District will want to vote for him in the Democratic primary on July 19th and the November 8th General Election.
Ken Kerr

Ken is the only incumbent running with five other Democrats for three seats in the Distrct during the Democratic premary on July 19th. Progressives should be supporting Ken NOW to insure he builds his base and wins enough votes in the primary to be in the top three. If he wins the primary, he and two other Democrats will compete against two Republican challengers in the General Election on November 8th. The District has been a toss up in prior year elections so continued support for Ken will be necessary going into the General Election. It is not certain what impact recent redistricting will have on the make up of the voters in the District.
